Technology in Our Products Our vacuum insulation technology is truly state of the art. All of our products are double-walled stainless steel, copper-coated, and vacuum-sealed to provide the best hot or cold duration that current tech can provide.

Top Quality Materials in Our Products We use the highest available food-grade stainless steel. Why? Because the better the stainless steel, the less it absorbs, so you won’t get that horrible “tinny” taste, and far fewer “flavour transfers” as well. As an added bonus, it’s also the easiest to clean. That’s on the inside. For the outside of our bottles, we either use a non-toxic and scratch-resistant powder-coated finish, or our premium clear coat for bottles without powder coating. Both of which provide added durability, while maintaining a very high-quality finish and feel. Our Lids are made with medical grade polypropylene, which are 100% BPA free and very safe to drink from. We also use premium food grade silicone in our straws and gaskets. Smart Designs: Less Bacteria & Easy To Clean All of our bottles have the same size mouth (opening). It’s nice and wide which helps with proper cleaning or for simply adding large ice cubes. Since all bottles share the same opening, all of our lids and accessories are completely interchangeable, across all of our bottles. Our 3 different drinking lids, the Sport Cap, Hot Lid, or Straw Lid work with every single bottle size, and offer a convenient drinking solution for any situation. From hiking or construction right down to casual office work, we’ve got the right lid options to suite your needs. We offer a colorful selection of silicone bands to decorate and personalize your bottleworx. They’re washable, removeable, and interchangeable. Choose your favorite color (or combination), match team or school colors, and truly make your bottle unique to you. Especially with our custom laser engraving options! Cleaning & Care Please take the time to read and follow these simple maintenance steps. By doing so, you can increase the longevity of your bottleworx and ensure that every sip you take is just as clean and pure as the first. Prior to initial use: Hand wash your bottle and cap with hot, soapy water. Thoroughly rinse off them both off and your bottleworx is ready to go! What not to do: Put your bottleworx into the dishwasher: This can compromise the vacuum insulation, as well as possibly damage the powder coating. Put your bottleworx into the freezer: Because bottleworx is so well insulated, the freezer won’t change the temperature of the liquid inside. If you’re looking for a freezing cold drink, simply load up your bottleworx with ice and let the insulation do the work for you. Put your bottleworx on the stove or over a fire: Similar to putting your bottle into the freezer, a heat source won’t break through that insulation barrier either. Putting bottleworx products over a fire or on the stove will only end up damaging your bottle. What you can do: Clean your bottleworx with a bottle brush: We recommend doing this as frequently as possible, even if you only use your bottle for water. Use white distilled vinegar for cleaning: Any household white distilled vinegar will help remove stains or discolouration. Use a half cup of vinegar and swirl it around any affected areas. Rinse thoroughly with hot water and repeat the process if required. Use baking soda for cleaning: We aren’t perfect and sometimes it is easy to forget about a drink inside of your bottle for a few days. For those times where your bottle is harder to clean than usual, mix a few tablespoons of baking soda into warm water, and then scrub away affected areas with a bottle brush. Rinse thoroughly with hot water and repeat the process if required. Wash your caps in the dishwasher: All bottleworx accessories are top-rack dishwasher safe. The cap will likely last longer if it is hand-washed, but if it needs a really deep cleaning, the dishwasher is a good choice.

Fast Shipping to USA & Canada Every package sent out by our warehouse is through UPS, and automatically expedited to ensure a fast delivery. All orders placed before 10:00am EST are processed the same day, and typically arrive within two business days. For those shipments going coast to coast, shipments may take up to 5 business days. Express air shipment options will be coming soon, for those in a serious hurry for their orders. Prices are flat rates for all of Canada ($10) and US ($15). However, all orders over $100 will automatically qualify for free shipping! Custom Order Shipments: All custom orders require a few extra days for us to ship them out of our warehouse. Our turn around time is all based on the current orders in the queue, which can vary from day-to-day. You can track the status of your order through your profile. We will always do our best to provide the fastest turn around possible.

The bottleworx Lifetime Warranty We are so convinced that bottleworx is the best double wall vacuum insulated bottle available that we guarantee every bottleworx product against manufacturer defects for life! If you have a warranty claim, please email or call bottleworx or visit the vendor that your bottleworx product was purchased from. Although our lifetime warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the bottle being dropped or damaged, it does cover manufacturing defects, such as: Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your flask to us. Instead simply email us. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the flask returned. Bottles that no longer insulate: You can test the insulation property of your flask at home by adding boiling hot water to the flask. After 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the vacuum has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement. Bottles that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your item from bottleworx.com and it arrived damaged. If you use your bottle, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged flask and will send out a replacement upon receipt. Rattling bottles: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your bottle that aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged and you can hear a noise. This will not affect the insulation of your bottle. If you can live with it, so can we. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new bottle. *NOTE: Any damage to the bottle, other than minor scratching, would void the lifetime warranty. While our bottles are made to be as strong as possible, denting them can compromise the insulation. So please try your best to take care of your bottle!

Making It Easy for You If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from bottleworx.com, you can return your order to bottleworx for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the condition that they were received. If you have purchased a bottleworx product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
